Research
Kaua’i native, pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Zoology with a focus in behavioural ecology and evolutionary biology. I enjoy surfing, bicycles, illustration, and bats. I’m currently helping compose an information databank to aid in future work tracking the phylogenetics and dispersal of Hawaii’s terrestrial organisms. I will soon be starting a study of the hymenopteran deformed wing virus in hopes of contributing to our understanding of transmission and possible ways to reduce the effects of the virus on critical pollinators.
