…and just in time for the holidays.
I’ve been using my spare minutes over the last few weeks to build us a new compute cluster, finally switching it on today. We’re the proud owners of a new 96 (virtual) core system comprising four boxes that each run two 6-core Westmeres (currently at 2.4 Ghz, but soon to be increased) and 24 GB of RAM. Now to make some progress on that pile of analyses that’s been building up!
