Research
I am interested in the use of big data to answer questions in evolutionary biology and developing improved methods of evolutionary inference. I am currently working on a statistical phylogenetics project aimed at exploring how well current model performance tests in the field are able to detect biased phylogenetic inferences from empirical datasets.
